Instructions on how to setup your county owned iPhone or personal owned. Follow the instructions accordingly and carefully.
MFA-Prerequisite: if you have not done already, please follow the instruction to set it up. It’s a requirement for authentication process when connecting to county network.
Mobile phone setup select #1 or #2 below and follow the instructions.
- County Owned iPhone Setup Guide – instructions only apply to first initial iPhone setup installing the MDM – If completed successfully, there should be three main applications on the Home Screen: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and the HUB for remote management from the county. Launch each application and follow the on-screen instructions. When prompted to login make sure to login with your work account credentials.
- Personal Owned iPhone Setup Guide – Intelligent Hub – download this app from the App Store, assuming you do have the Apple ID to login. If you do not have the account setup already, please set one up before proceeding with the step 2 instructions.
